Over the years, we have developed a 3-phase approach to our work: DESIGN, CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN. This methodology allows us to understand each proposed site as a unique space in order to develop and implement the best design option for our clients’ needs. From the beginning of each project, we keep in mind that a landscape is ever-changing and evolving; we see each project as having a lifetime, not just a project schedule.
Design
Being a multi-disciplinary firm means that we approach each project from many angles. No project is too small or too large. We have worked on a variety of projects In different capacities with homeowners, developers, architects, non-profits and homeowners associations.
Our design process begins with a complimentary 1-hour, on-site meeting to discuss the scope of the potential project and to learn about our client’s ideas and needs.
Once we understand the scope, a Proposal of Design Services is provided.
The development of a Schematic Design and Site Analysis are the first design phase. We visit the site with our construction team, study soil, views, topography and existing infrastructure. Once we have an understanding on the rhythms of the site, we integrate what the land dictates with the client’s needs to create a few varying schemes to review.
Once our design path has been established and ideas are refined in the first phase, we enter into Design Development and go through a series of revisions to finalize a comprehensive design vision for the site.

Construct
As a design build company, we have constant communication between our design and construction crews, which results in a higher quality installation and more attention to detail.
Our team of trusted, highly skilled craftsmen has been with us since the beginning and approach every site with respect and care to maintain safety for all involved. We are familiar with current trends and techniques for best management practices, irrigation, hardscape and planting installation.
During planting installation, we prefer to take advantage of precipitation as well as cooler days and nights; we recommend avoiding any plant installation during the hot summer months.
